Some say I’m an addict, some say You’re a joke

I whisper to myself, there’s no hope…

Why am I listening to all those lies,

satan has me hooked.

God, please break these ties, that you say can be broke

please take away the crack that’s breaking my back

I heard someone say You’ll take me back

“Yes”, Jesus replies...

“My child, it’s no joke, those lies can be broke,
you’ve taken your last toke.

Call on me now and I’ll show you how,
come to the alter and lay it all down.
 

Time for a new life I’ll show you now, listen to the truth that you are loved.

Don’t listen to the noise, don’t be distracted,

Satan wants you to take the acid, It’s just a trap

 

Take that first step, and another, walk towards Me now

Remember… I told you, “I’d show you how”.

Give me your heart that's all I ask, it’s really that simple, just ask!

I am yours and you are Mine, don’t give up, don’t deny

 

Come to the alter, yes, this way…  I am yours and You are mine!
